Study Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology
What is Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology?
Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology is a branch of a holistic healing system known as kinesiology, which draws many of its techniques from Chinese Meridian Therapy. Since the development of kinesiology in the sixties, various forms of kinesiology have evolved throughout the world. Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology aims to include aspects commonly used by all kinesiologists and the approach of another change technique called Neuro-Linguistic Programming. NLK focuses on assisting a client to become aware of the changes they require in a very measurable and specific way. Like all kinesiologies NLK uses meridian therapy, acupressure, bodywork, stress release techniques and visualisation.
NLK has been designed to enhance and support all teaching techniques and not to replace them. NLK is a way of improving performance in any area and is supported by an exercise programme that can be used at home, at work or in the classroom effectively and easily. The numbers in the course are restricted to a small group with most likely no more than 8 attending which ensures a personalised and intimate group.

To become a fully qualified Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiologist there are 2 stages NLK 1-3 and NLK 4-6. NLK 1-3 is 12 weeks of study, 1 day / week which is currently going to be a Tuesday from 9am – 3pm during school term. NLK 4 - 6 is 15 weeks.
