Hi, I’m Paige, founder of the From Chaos to Calm program.
I created From Chaos to Calm program for busy, burnt out and stressed out people like you, who know there has to be a better way to live life more fully and that things need to change fast!
As a self-confessed Type A overachiever and serial people pleaser, I recognized the importance of developing healthy habits and putting myself first a long time ago, but when my partner and kids came along I realized that my relationship with myself along with all of my other relationships needs attention and love to continue to grow and thrive.
At the heart of From Chaos to Calm is a desire to release the blockages standing in your way to a more peaceful, calm and centred you, so that you can more fully step into alignment with your inner desires, wants and needs so that you can be all you are in the world – because the world needs all of our lights shining as brightly as they can and stress, anxiety and overwhelm are just casting unnecessary shadows dimming our brilliance!
I know you probably feel like your kids, family and loved ones really need to come first right now, you may even have made the conscious decision to prioritize their happiness over your own!
But here’s the thing:
In your family you are the centre of their universe, your stress rubs off on them and without you at the top of your game it’s virtually impossible for them to reach their best either!

Last Thursday I had a balance by Paige and I think it saved my life and helped me solve an issue that had been bugging me - literally.
I was in extreme stress with suicidal I give up just shoot me now thoughts plaguing me. I had started to be bitten by a mystery bug that I assumed was the return of bed bugs that had unfortunately invaded my home earlier in the year.
So I had a balance and tapped into the parts of myself that were in conflict and got them to agree to work together. A sense of peace came over me but I was still skeptical.
The very next day I woke with a 'just get on with it' attitude minus the overwhelm and negative thoughts... then my washing machine element blew. I didn't even swear. I just calmly diagnosed the problem. Googled how to fix it and made a plan of action of how to do hot washes til I got it fixed. I couldn't believe it. Who was this calm woman? Had this happened 2 days ago I would have been hysterical and then catatonic. But I just cruised through it.
The next day I backed up and took on the mammoth job of clearing down my whole verandah - this task had previously overwhelmed me and I had been avoiding it . And there was the culprit. An old rats nest. Rat fleas or mites looking for something else to eat. Again I took it in my stride and did the huge amount of work to clean everything without the woe is me attitude and exasperation. Miracles!!!!!
So the stress relief was amazing even though the stressful events increased but then because of my stress free approach to getting on with it I was able to find the core of the issue. Priceless.
